Natural to be a Little Apprehensive

People generally don't look forward to seeing a photographer either. In fact, many find it a tiresome expense, have not established a good relationship with a photographer and often don't even think about going to one. Sadly, as a result, a lot of memories are lost.

Interestingly, one of the main obstacles that prevent many from engaging the services of a portrait photographer is often the view they have of themselves. Many are apprehensive when it comes to being the centre of attention and fear that the photograph will highlight faults in their appearance. A common expression goes something like this: “It would be good to have some nice photographs of our children, but no one wants to see photographs of my ugly old face.”

So, what can help overcome any feelings of apprehension?
