The key objectives of the first component are:

• To attract people by providing value and “up front” pricing so that customers know what they are getting and how much it will cost before we start.

• To not shy away from the fact that our services are highly valuable and worth what we charge.

• To include printed photographs as part of our session packages (mostly 6x4 prints), and provide additional printing (e.g. copies or enlargements) at only a minimal cost to the client.

• To provide access to digital files easily and affordably.

• To provide our clients with an entire experience by taking the time to do it right and making them feel relaxed and special in an environment that is comfortable – with additional “little touches” that endeavour to exceed expectations.

• To become an indispensable, recurring family investment by developing long-term relationships with clients.

• To build a good reputation that will ensure our customers offer recommendations to others and also return themselves in the future.
